Most goat milk in supermarkets is collected from multiple farms, transported to factories, blended together and heavily processed. That often affects freshness and flavour.
Touchwood Farm does it differently.
This is single-origin milk from one carefully managed LaMancha goat herd in southern Tasmania. It is pasteurised briefly at around 76°C for safety, then bottled on the farm the same day. Because it is unhomogenised, the natural cream rises to the top — giving you a richer, more traditional milk experience.
